Africa

Kariba Lake, scattered with islands and bordered by
ancient forests and rugged, untamed mountains is
where Hippo and friends live. Nestled in one of the
coves, Hippo and his friends work together, helping
Hippo make his dream come true.

Living in deep Africa, our main character, a small
hippopotamus continually works at making his dream
become a reality. With blueprints, ideas and help from

his friends, Hippo keeps working to reach his goal.

And try he does. Through trial and error working
very hard Hippo never gives up. Tired and exhausted
Hippo lies down to sleep, only to trail off into dream land.
Upon awaking, Hippo clearly understands what he must
do to make his dream come true. Africa

DREAMS CAN FLY is a fun read-along for kids, with
pictures of zebra, crocodile, an African spoonbill,
giraffe and other African animals and birds. There
are also some Fun Facts about Africa at the end of
the story. It's a great read-a-long storybook for kids.
